Johnson & Sheldon, P.C. may share certain types of experience and transaction information about our clients within our family of affiliates. Transaction and experience information includes things such as account balance, payment history and other account information. Examples of the types of businesses that we are currently affiliated with are:

For our tax return clients, we will not share any information with our affiliates that is derived from your tax return without first obtaining your consent.

At Johnson & Sheldon, P.C., we protect consumer privacy by ensuring that only employees who have a business reason for knowing information have access to it. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Johnson & Sheldon, P.C. shareholders are responsible for maintaining internal procedures to ensure that our clients’ information is protected. All employees have a copy of this policy.
If we change our policy or practice by, for example, adding a category of information that we will disclose to a third party, we will notify existing clients and give them an appropriate time period to opt out of the disclosure.
